Founder & Chief
Sheila is a native of Cameroon, Africa. Her love for business and culture led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from United States International University in Nairobi, Kenya, and later an MBA from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Sheila received her Master of Arts degree in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary after sensing a call to Christian ministry. She has served and been mentored at ALARM. It is here that C-Life was birthed.
Leading C-Life offers her the unique opportunity to develop Godly servant leaders in Africa’s marketplace. Her passion is to see the word of God lived out in everyday life.
Alain hails from Cameroon, Africa. He has a BS degree in Business with a concentration in Management Information System at Liberty University.
It wasn’t long before God strongly impressed in his heart the need to equip himself for ministry by deepening his study of the Word of God in seminary, first at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary where he obtained a Master of Theology, then at Dallas Theological Seminary where he graduated with a Ph. D. in Biblical studies.
Alain’s involvement in C-Life naturally follows his desire to equip believers for kingdom service through discipleship and a better acquaintance with the Word of God.
Charity is a native to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan and came to know Christ at the age of 11. Her confidence in God’s will for her life, desire to help people and learn the human mind led her to pursue a Bachelor of Psychology degree at Liberty University. Through the years she developed a love for serving the underserved Special Needs population along with the elderly, and is involved with motivating women overcome and move forward towards freedom and independence after a life of violence.
It is evident that Charity has a heart for the vulnerable, and God has uniquely gifted her through the years to serve the least of these.

Debi’s work involves using Human-centered Design methodologies to design digital interactions, services and products to improve users’ experiences and ultimately better their lives. She aims to fully understand people’s needs and then work together with them to design the best solution. She desires to use this knowledge though C-Life to help people grow into the fullness of what God created them to be.
As the middle daughter of a ministry and missions family in South Texas, Stacy Lillis knew the Lord from a young age, and always dreamed of applying her gifts for the Kingdom on a global scale. She attended Baylor University, where she received a degree in Communications and Public Relations, and spent the past ten years in social and corporate event planning—the last four of which were in non-profit development fundraising in Colorado and Montana. Stacy has always enjoyed building relationships within communities, and the Lord called her home to her own in Texas three years ago, where she served on the development team for Dallas CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). Stacy feels the Lord brought her full circle–back to her international missions roots–by allowing her the opportunity to minister through fundraising and development for C-Life. She enjoys building relationships with community believers who, like herself, want to help others to live for Jesus Christ and let their light shine for Him. Stacy is blessed with her husband of seven years, Garrett, and their 13 month-old miracle daughter, Arielle.
