Ekeh Joel Chinazo is born to a lovely Cameroonian couple with maternal roots from the North West Region of Cameroon. As an industrious young man, Ekeh Joel had his business idea before joining the SLF Program and so needed to add to his vision and personality, knowledge and skills in leadership and entrepreneurship. The need to fine-tune his goals and vision and being a his curiosity to know what it takes to be a GOD-fearing leader and entrepreneur in this modern era. Most importantly, to strengthen his stand on integrity as a leader and entrepreneur in this modern age.
During the SLF training, his most impactful module was the module on “Corporate Ethics” which made him to see the role dressing has to play in our day-to-day life. Joel confesses being part of this training was one of the best things that happened to him for the following reasons.
First, Joel’s spiritual life and Christian walk has been strengthened. Also, his skills in leadership has greatly improved, and he now has a clear focus on his goals and vision.
Second, Joel now has a very firm stand on integrity, which happens to be one of C-Life’s core values. Joel’s core values are all about living a life of integrity. As a Christian, Joel’s inspiration comes from Daniel 11:32 “ With flattery he will corrupt those who have violated the covenant, but the people who know their God will resist him.” and Mathew 17:20 “He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly, I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
To Joel, Servant Leadership is the fundamental basis for a much-transformed life that will eventually lead to building a nation of integrity in all levels of vocation. To the youths, Joel is advises
“live a life of integrity in all areas of life and make sure you have a mentor or a role model you follow.”
Apart from work, Joel loves playing musical instruments, singing and doing high-speed motto racing with bikes and cars and above all, he love traveling and adventures.
